Effective September 7, 2026. This page explains how Icondle handles information as part of the PUZZL network.
Playing without an account
Icondle stores daily guesses, unfinished attempts, completed results, and statistics in your browser so you can continue on the same device. Feedback submissions are stored by PUZZL and may include the game, puzzle date, result, guesses used, rating, difficulty response, and an optional comment.
Shared PUZZL accounts
If you sign in, PUZZL uses your email address for passwordless account access and stores your puzzle progress in the shared PUZZL account system. Your progress records are protected so only your signed-in account can access them. You may sign out or delete your account and saved progress from the Account menu.
Analytics
Icondle uses Google Analytics to understand general site usage. PUZZL does not send email addresses, account IDs, daily answers, individual guesses, or private saved game state to Analytics.
Changes
This policy may be updated as Icondle or the broader PUZZL network changes. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
